Margarit Keloyan is the Business Operations Manager at the Justice-Centered Neuropsychology (JCN) program and the Conservatorship Assessment Training (CAT) team. She completed her Bachelor’s in Public Health at the University of California, San Diego. She received a Master’s in Public Health, with a concentration on Public Policy, from the University of Southern California. During her graduate studies, Margarit worked directly with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s Tuberculosis Control Program. She wrote her final graduate school practicum paper on tuberculosis in the unhoused and HIV-positive population.
